We can use your help with:

Setting up and breaking down.
Volunteers will be at the park early and will be staying late to make sure everything is ready and that we leave the site better than we found it. We'll be picking up trash and assembling and disassembling displays.

Transporting large, heavy items to and from the park.
We're looking for strong backs and big trucks!

Presenting workshops or assisting presenters.
If you have special knowledge or experience you'd like to share, let us know. If you just want to make it easier for others to present their workshops, we can use your help too.

Leading educational activities for younger folk.
PPD is a great family event and we want to continue to provide fun learning opportunities for young people. If you have experience working with children, we could use your expertise.

Decorating an altar for one of the 8 Sabbats, or another Neopagan Theme.
We are doing an display of themed altars. If your group can commit to bringing a decorated altar, please contact us and see which are still available. We'll be able to give you some specifics on size and content suggestions.

Spreading the word.
You can download and print this event flyer (or this color version). You can also help us with word of mouth. Tell your friends about our event, and plan to bring them with you if possible!

Helping everyone get here.
If you are coming from far away, try to form a carpool to save gas and give people who might otherwise not be able to come a chance to attend.

Participating in our Food Drive.
One of our goals is that every attendee also contribute to our food drive. Please bring a non-perishable food item to help us provide for those who might otherwise go hungry. You can be even more helpful by bringing extra to help make up for those who forget.
