From I-85: take exit #8 in North Carolina. Head south on state highway 161. After you cross the NC-SC border the park entrance will be the first black-top road on your right. Follow the signs to Camp York. 

From I-77: take exit #77 in Rock Hill and follow SC-5 north (through Rock Hill) all the way to York. In York, turn right (north) onto US 321, proceed on to Filbert and turn left onto SC-161 (the park is 14 miles from York). The park entrance will be on the left. Follow the signs to Camp York.
