What
does my vending fee cover?
Each vendor fee includes one 10' x 10' space and one
individual entry into the event. If you need more room,
additional spaces may be purchased in 10' x 10'
increments. i.e. 10 x 10, 10 x 20, 10 x 30 etc. Each
additional 10'x10' spot also gains you an another entry
pass.
Does
it include lodging?
No, vendor fees do NOT include a cabin or camping space.
Lodging is available separately.
Can
we just camp in our vendor space?
No, camping is not allowed in vendor spaces.
Are
meals included?
Each entry pass includes Saturday dinner, but other
meals are not included. Meal tickets may be purchased
separately.
Are
shelters and/or tables included?
No. Vending spaces are outside and not covered.
Day-shades are allowed, but are not provided. You are
responsible for bringing your own shelters and tables.
How
do I know where my vendor space is located?
Vendor space locations are assigned on arrival. Our
vendor coordinator will help you select a space when you
arrive.
When
should I arrive?
Camp York will be open for vendor setup beginning 1pm
Friday (this is an arrival time for vendors ONLY). After
the vending coordinator helps you select your space(s),
you'll be able to pull up next to your spot and off
load. After unloading, you'll be asked to immediately
move your vehicle to the parking area so that the road
can stay unblocked.
What
time do I need to finish setting up?
Gates open to attendess at 5pm Friday.
What
hours will the vending area be open?
Your hours are largely up to you. Activities begin with
6:30 am sunrise rituals on Saturday and Sunday, but most
guest aren't up and about until after breakfast which is
served at 9:00 am. Also, we have to clear the park by
noon on Sunday, so please don't wait until the last
minute to break down.
What
happens when it gets dark?
We don't provide lighting in the vending area, so if you
plan to do business after dark, you'll need to take that
into account. We do have overnight staff to periodically
walk the grounds after dark and keep an eye out for
anything suspicious, but we can't provide guaranteed
security for vendor spaces. We're just not able to be
everywhere at once. You're encouraged to lower your
vending shelter and remove any high-dollar items when
you close for the evenings. This will help us keep an
eye out for anything suspicious during the nights.
Is
electricity provided?
Vending spaces do not come with electricity. If you need
power, please contact the vendor coordinator beforehand
to see if there's any way for us accommodate your
specific needs.
What
if it rains?
Brouhaha is a rain or shine event. In the event of a
very wet weekend, we will allow vendors to relocate to
alternate areas on the festival grounds more suited to
incelmate weather.
If
you have any other questions please contact
the vendor coordinator
Thanks!
